The brief in East Point was to create a new refreshed environment for the existing office tenants. The new spaces would act as a reset for the office environment, bringing an entirely new Look & Feel to the main entrance lobbies as well as providing for the first time, a space for casual meets.

A very considered colour and materials palette was selected for the neighbouring lobbies in East Point. Light oak, ceramic, terrazzo and a narrow colour range including a dominant black, green, Bordeaux red, navy and grey form the simple pared back palette.
